Essential Functions :

• As primary trainer for the team ensure that necessary documentation and training is available to the team to support operations and processes.
• Update training documentation for the team to be used to for employee development planning and cross training.
• Coordinate with the coaches and planners on daily targets to production key performance indicators (KPI) and communicate the status to the team highlighting areas required to win the day.
• First responder to eAndon calls with in the span of control (Work Cells).
• Line coverage for absenteeism vacation and CI events that pull resources.
• Coordinate work distribution throughout the cell with a focus on productivity
• Provide coach with feedback on tea m and employee performance while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities by using the CDM process and problem-solving tools.
• Daily update of paperwork required to document the shift KPIs as required.
• Monitor daily check sheets (Pre and post shift) for the work cell.
