About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its behavioral health hospital. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational and financial performance, and building a strong, engaged workforce. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership or CEO role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility administration, clinical operations, and crisis management, as well as strong financial acumen and business development skills.
