Responsibilities
Prepare import / export shipments for assigned customers Generate delivery orders and shipping labels as needed Prepare import / export documents for distribution to brokerage department (ex. ISF, AES, bookings, customs clearance) Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies, steamship line and / or bonded facilities Filing and data entry Issu freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term Hours : M-F 8-5PM Pay : Starts at $17.00 #ISS
