Job Title : Data Analyst II

Location : Syracuse, NY (Hybrid)

Job Overview

  • Join our client's team as a Data Analyst II, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Dynamic Planning & Resource Management team. Your expertise in data collection, analytics, and visualization will drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance reporting systems to optimize resource planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across various systems.
  • Partner with business units to align project schedules and resource forecasts.
  • Document and develop processes for a comprehensive Dynamic Planning & Resource Management Playbook.
  • Analyse data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the creation of dashboards to automate resource planning and management.

    • Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in data reporting or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP, Power plan, and other business intelligence systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license required.
