Vice President, Digital Product Operations

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused digital leader to serve as Vice President of Building Products Digital Platforms responsible for the digital strategy product roadmap and delivery of customer-facing experiences across SRS Distribution. This role will lead the expansion of Roof Hub into a multi-vertical platform while aligning with SRSs aggressive growth agenda and The Home Depots broader digital ecosystem.

Youll lead a high-impact team spanning product management digital programs adoption and partner integrationsworking closely with engineering UX operations and sales leaders to deliver scalable customer-first digital tools that drive adoption loyalty and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Define and communicate a bold multi-year roadmap for Roof Hub and customer-facing platforms with defendable ROI.
• Lead the end-to-end digital strategy across web mobile self-service and integrated jobsite tools.
• Scale workflows that streamline quoting estimating ordering scheduling and delivery management.
• Embed a culture of experimentation A / B testing and personalization to optimize adoption conversion and loyalty.
• Drive innovation while ensuring operational excellence in platform scalability performance security and integration.
• Align digital strategy with SRS and The Home Depot enterprise vision while prioritizing contractor-specific needs.
• Establish KPIs for adoption retention engagement and financial impact; report progress to executive and board stakeholders.
