Salary : $80K to $110K

A respected, multi-state healthcare provider headquartered in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced  Power BI Financial Data Analyst  to join its growing team. This individual must be a business-savvy data professional with strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of Power BI, and the ability to independently drive executive-level insights.

To be considered, candidates must confidently answer “Yes” to all of the following :

• Are you based in  Louisville, KY ?
• Are you fluent in  Power BI , with experience building executive dashboards independently?
• Do you have strong experience in  SQL  (T-SQL), writing queries that power dashboards?
• Can you translate between  finance, business, and data , understanding concepts like AR, budgeting, and month-end reporting?

Have you worked in this exact type of role for  3–5+ years in a corporate setting ?

Summary

We’re looking for a  Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst  with a strong finance background who can hit the ground running with financial reporting (e.g., AR aging) and maintain SQL-driven data pipelines into a Fabric Lakehouse / Warehouse environment. This role blends hands-on Power BI and SQL expertise with finance fluency to turn data into actionable insights and support our transition to a modern data warehouse framework. Key Responsibilities

Enforce data governance, naming conventions, and compliance (e.g., SOX / PCI)

Qualifications

Experience in ETL, data modeling, and ensuring data quality
