Job Summary (List Format) Engineer, Wireless Mobility

• Responsible for architecture, design, planning, implementation, management, and support of the company's wireless mobility ecosystem.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Expense Management (MEM) systems.
• Oversee and support MDM infrastructure, with required expertise in IBM MaaS360; experience with VMware Airwatch, MobileIron, and Microsoft Intune is a plus.
• Integrate mobility solutions with Microsoft Exchange Active Sync and Office 365 / Exchange Online.
• Provide Tier 3 support for mobility systems, devices, and applications across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry).
• Supervise the mobile expense management process and coordinate with mobility helpdesk vendors.
• Develop and maintain strategies and approaches for wireless mobility procurement, device management, inventory, billing, applications, and carrier plans in line with industry best practices.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with major mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile).
• Lead and manage mobility projects, ensuring delivery is on scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics to ensure success of implementation activities.
• Requires 5+ years of related business experience and a BS in Business Administration or Technical Degree (preferred).
