About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for consulting with the CEO on the facility's financial affairs, managing overall financial and general accounting operations, and providing in-depth analysis of income, expenditures, and capital asset values. This role requires the maintenance and direction of information systems, timely reviews of financial statements, and the accurate production of various financial analyses. The CFO will also be involved in the reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and must ensure the general ledger is produced on a monthly basis. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Controller in a healthcare setting is required, with a preference for those who have managed multiple functions in a healthcare business office. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of computer systems, particularly healthcare-based HMS systems, and be proficient in commonly accepted business software applications, especially Excel.
