Description of team and role

This internship will benefit an individual seeking a degree in Electrical Engineering, or who already has a degree, and who wants to learn and demonstrate his / her capabilities by participating in the root cause failure analysis of semiconductor IC chips through electrical analysis and mechanical analysis.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Develop software to automate characterization of semiconductor device electrical
