Network Project Manager - IV

Can be located near any Telecommunication Hub and be able report to to the office 3 times a week.

Targeted Years of Experience : 7-10 years

You will be part of a National In-Building and Venues team managing the capital budget for a subset of our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Plan capital expenditures for portfolio in support of Network, Sponsorship, and Sales priorities.

Partner with business clients to forecast spend vs a plan

Create and track budget to actuals

Complete financial project account

Manage RFPs

Prepare technical solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements and use cases.

Create cost modeling and what-if scenarios in collaboration with partners

Present investment opportunities to Finance and gain approval

Create executive financial reports to route and present to senior leadership

Partner with inside counsel, outside counsel, IBV RE, and local market real estate in processing lease documents to support priorities

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :

More than 7 years of relevant wireless telecom experience.

Experience with the In-building ecosystem.

Experience with the end-to-end process of acquiring, building, and turning up In-building solutions.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Experience managing project resources, performing risk assessments, and developing mitigation plans.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

Understanding of basic accounting principles : Capital vs Expense, NPV, depreciation, accrual vs cash

DESIRED SKILLS :

Experience with building and implementing DAS and Neutral Host systems like Corning, JMA, Commscope, Solid, Spidercloud, and DOT systems

Experience reading, understanding, and commenting on contracts

Construction and Equipment engineering working experience

  • Experience as a team lead / mentor, and technical lead for large, multi-technology deployments

Vendor management experience

Ability to balance technical and business requirements

Ability to maintain performance level under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty

Flexible and creative (seeks out and attempts alternate solutions to resolve issues, and seamlessly adjusts to a dynamic, changing business environment).

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :

A 4-year education in business or technical degree

Can be located near any Telecommunication Hub and be able report to to the office 3 times a week.
