Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage robust forecasting models tailored to business needs.

Support and optimize the demand planning process by enhancing forecast accuracy and operational responsiveness.

Leverage your expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) to develop scalable planning solutions that integrate seamlessly across functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding supply chain, operations, and business analyststo align forecasting efforts with organizational goals.

Continuously analyze and improve forecasting techniques using data-driven insights and best-in-class methodologies.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability for all demand planning tools and platforms.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6+ years of relevant experience in IT development, particularly within forecasting and demand planning functions.

Proven hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) .

Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data modeling techniques.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
