GDIT is looking for an Enterprise Architect to provides subject matter expertise on Command strategies, missions, roles, functions, and theater support requirements to perform enterprise and strategic C4 planning. This includes the development, and maintenance of the Command Enterprise Architecture (CEA). Produces warfighter domain architectures that address joint / coalition mission threads (operational facilities, tasks, billets, and processes) and current and future C2, Net-Centric, Focused Logistics, Joint Training, Force Application, Force Management, Force Protection, and Battlespace Awareness capabilities. Research and develop EA component and architecture documents and plans. Provide site survey and data collection to assist USCENTCOM EA strategic planning throughout the AOR. Provides recommendations and technical input on JCIDS documents. Analyzes USCENTCOM architectures, Warfighting, Business, Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) processes, and existing enterprise IT to identify and recommend architectural, IT, or process solutions. Identifies future technology and Joint Force capabilities and potential architectural and capability impacts for USCENTCOM and provides recommendations regarding the CCJ6 Strategic Architectures Line of Effort organization and functions. Understands and uses the DoDAF Meta-model Ontology, participates in all EA conferences and architecture working groups. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the USCENTCOM staff and counterparts at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Networks and Information Integration (OASD (NII)), JS, Components, JTF’s host-nations, coalition, and other agencies. Develops the USCENTCOM Enterprise Architecture (CEA) with encompassing transition plan which guides USCENTCOM transition from the As-Is to the To-Be architecture which is delivered on an annual basis. Attends DoD, JS, and Combatant Command meetings. Leverage architecture tools (Casewise and / or MagicDraw) and the MS Office Suite to produce EA products, reports, and presentations for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities : Extensive experience in Cyber Security architectures and their designs, operations leadership, team building, Information Assurance, developing IT strategies for acquisition management, coding, and legislated AIS compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage time-critical intelligence support, special operations and crises actions, as well as combat cyber operations, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, thoughtful and balanced risk management. Served as DIA Cyber Security Representative at IC wide working groups for Cross Domain Systems. Analyzed system risk to identify and implement appropriate security countermeasures. Designed, implemented and maintained systems for IC and commercial environments.

The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
