job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, including blowers, pumps, and compressed air equipment. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and bend and kneel to perform work and operate various machinery. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Positive attitude, commitment to customer service, and ability to work as a team. Teardown, disassemble and inspect equipment. Evaluate equipment for possible failure causes and provide accurate analysis. Prepare repair paperwork and communicate challenges and observations to the inside sales team. Perform precise parts measurements to determine wear and usability. Ensure all parts and paperwork are correct before beginning repairs or assembly. Repair equipment according to factory set standards. Operate various machinery, including a drill press, sand blaster, bandsaw, welding equipment, and more. Evaluate and analyze drawings and paperwork for package fabrication and assembly. Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed.
