About the Job
Infillion is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Santa Monica, CA . This role ensures employees across all offices (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Ohio) as well as a large remote workforce have the technology and support they need to succeed.
We are a 3 : 1 macOS-to-Windows environment, so experience supporting both platforms is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cloud-first company, has excellent troubleshooting skills, and understands how to operate within a SOC 2-compliant environment while performing system analysis and applying independent technical judgment to improve IT processes and configurations.
Duties and responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include :
- Provide in-office and remote support for macOS and Windows devices and conduct system-level analysis to identify performance improvements and configuration optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, networking, AV / office equipment, and peripherals, including evaluating root causes, developing remediation plans, and implementing long-term technical improvements.
- Manage employee onboarding / offboarding, including provisioning hardware, SaaS access, and training, and independently determining appropriate access configurations based on functional requirements.
- Manage identity and access with Okta (primary SSO), Google Workspace, and Active Directory; participate in refining access policies and security configurations. Experience with other SSO providers (OneLogin, JumpCloud) is a plus.
- Deploy and manage devices with Mosyle (macOS) and JumpCloud (Windows). Experience with other MDMs such as Intune or Jamf is highly transferable.
- Support collaboration platforms : Slack, Zoom, Asana, Atlassian (Jira / Confluence), Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and assist with SOC 2 compliance (documentation, access reviews, audits), including performing technical evaluations and recommending control enhancements.
- Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles and user guides rooted in analysis of recurring technical trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and DevOps teams to ensure systems meet compliance and security best practices and contribute to decisions regarding technical standards, system configurations, and IT controls.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.Experience supporting IT operations in SOC 2 or other compliance-heavy environments is a strong plus.Background in SaaS-heavy organizations (ad tech, media, or startup environments preferred).Technical Skills
Strong expertise in macOS and Windows troubleshooting, imaging, and lifecycle management, including the ability to design, evaluate, and refine system configurations for efficiency and security.Experience with modern MDM platforms : Mosyle (macOS) and JumpCloud (Windows) in our environment, with Intune, Jamf, or similar tools highly transferable.Okta SSO administration (identity lifecycle, MFA, provisioning). OneLogin or JumpCloud SSO experience welcome.Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 administration.Active Directory (Azure AD and on-prem).Ticketing systems (Freshservice, Jira Service Desk, or similar).Networking skills (LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) and the ability to recommend and implement configuration changes that align with security standards.Benefits & Perks
