Epic Principal Trainer - Ambulatory

We are seeking a highly skilled

• Epic Principal Trainer
• to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs across clinical systems, IT platforms, and business processes. This role will be instrumental in managing Epic training environments (MST), executing the Epic Credentialed Trainer Program, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable learning programs for clinical and IT systems.
• Build and troubleshoot Epic MST environments; serve as Epic Mitosis expert.
• Lead and maintain the Epic Credentialed Trainer Program.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to assess training needs.
• Stay current with Epic upgrades and adjust training materials accordingly.
• Provide end-user support and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic modules.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for clinical staff, both in-person and virtually.
• Manage LMS content and documentation in collaboration with internal learning teams.
• Qualifications
• High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's degree or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare experience, including 5 years with Epic systems.
• Experience in MST build, full-cycle implementations, and post-live support preferred.
• Strong communication, instructional design, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Epic Principal Trainer Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate).

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $112000.00 / yr.
