Real Estate Investment & Operations Manager

Job Overview : We're seeking a Real Estate Investment & Operations Manager to be a right-hand partner to the founder, someone who thrives on owning the details, solving problems, and getting deals across the finish line.
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Underwrite and model potential development or acquisition projects
- Prepare investment memos and support due diligence efforts
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and financial performance
Development & Project Coordination :
Manage permitting, entitlement, and construction timelinesInterface with architects, engineers, GCs, and municipalitiesTrack punch lists, delivery dates, and cost change ordersLeasing & Tenant Coordination :
Own the leasing process and make sure we have the smallest number of vacancies in the portfolio.Coordinate with brokers, respond to tenant inquiriesTrack leasing pipelines and managing CRM updatesSupport lease negotiations and execution logisticsOperational Management :
Own task tracking, follow-ups, and reporting across projectsAnticipate issues and proactively drive resolutionEnsure smooth execution across all moving pieces of a dealSystem knowledge :

7+ years of experience in real estate investment, development, or leasing (industrial preferred)Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiencySolid understanding of real estate deal lifecycle (from site selection to stabilization)Prior experience in small company, startup, or entrepreneurial setting preferredBachelor's degree required (Finance, Real Estate, or related fields)Key Skills :
