We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and trading activities within the Utilities sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial analysis and operational support, and a passion for the energy and power industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across generation and trading operations.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyze trading data and market movements to support risk management and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to energy trading and financial transactions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
