As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.

Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and observation during patrols.

Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or security-related concerns according to company protocols.

Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and / or escorting visitors as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
