Seismic Source Equipment Technician

Position Summary :
Apply technical knowledge of the TPS (Tuned Pulse Source) and supporting auxiliary equipment. Maintain, repair, trouble shoot, integrate and configure seismic source equipment. These functions are to be performed at Sercel facilities or at customer sites and locations. Frequent field trips and extended periods of travel are required. Assist TPS service technician staff and contractors. Provide insight to improve TPS related equipment.

Typical Education : Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with related experience in operation, repair and maintenance of electronic systems (or similar)
Typical Experience : Knowledge of Seismic source operations a plus
Knowledge of Sercel products a plus
Work Authorizations / Security Clearance : Employee must be eligible to receive deemed exports as defined by U.S. Export Administration ("EAR") or EAR-controlled technology.
