TikTok Live Host / Show Operator — Skincare Brand (Evenings, Newport Beach)

We’re OC Skin Care Center & Aurora Skincare, a results-driven skincare spa and brand in Newport Beach.

We are launching a powerful TikTok Live Shopping division and looking for a charismatic, high-energy on-camera host to lead our TikTok Live shopping shows. Our mission is simple : help people improve their skin, educate viewers, and guide them toward the right products with confidence.

This is NOT a job for someone shy or inconsistent.

We need someone who LOVES being on camera, is excited about skincare, and knows how to keep a live audience engaged for 2 hours straight.

We’re hiring for two positions :

• TikTok Live Host – You’ll be on camera, talking to viewers, teaching, and selling.
• TikTok Live Operator – You’ll run the backend : pinning products, handling comments, tracking sales, and keeping the show smooth.

Responsibilities :

Host 3 TikTok Live shows per week (2 hours each)

Follow our proven live show script + sales flow

Engage with viewers, answer questions live

Demonstrate products

Maintain high energy & strong presence on camera

Hit weekly performance KPIs (engagement, retention, sales)

Collaborate with team to improve show results

Evenings : 3 days / week, around 7–9PM

Requirements :

Strong camera presence

Comfortable selling & educating

Friendly, warm, confident communication

Understands skincare OR willing to learn fast

Punctual, reliable, and mission-driven

Must be coachable

We offer :

Hourly pay

Host : $19–$22 / hr

Operator : $17–$18 / hr

Commission on live sales (up to 5% for the Host + 2% percent for the Operator).

Extra bonuses when we hit monthly sales goals.

Training in skincare, communication, and sales.

Growth opportunities as the division scales.
