A company is looking for a Principal SDET Tech Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of SDETs on QA processes and automation strategies Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate quality-driven processes into the SDLC Design and implement robust automation frameworks and testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 7+ years of application testing or development experience 3+ years of experience leading testing teams Hands-on experience with automation tools and test frameworks Experience with Agile Development methodologies
