POSITION : Logistics Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary / Objective
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the order process with an assigned group of customers, ensuring that products are supplied on time and error free. The position plays a key role in the communication process with the customer, ensuring that all parties on the supply chain process are informed, from origin to the customer's receiving location. Responsibilities will include hands on problem solving with customers, carriers and other support personnel. In short, delivering a superior service experience to our customers from order receipt to final delivery will be critical to the position.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position works in an office / warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and other office machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m, with an hour for break.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
Fluency in Spanish would be an asset.
Preferred Education and Experience
Work Authorization / Security Clearance
Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
