What would this role do

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level II plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives this position will provide support guidance direction and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services overseeing clinical programs and monitoring staff under his / her supervision.

Role Responsibilities : (Heres what it takes)

Providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month.

Manage a minimum of 980 hours.

Providing ongoing training guidance and support.

Written data-drive program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.

Must Haves (Yes we have needs!)

Client program development across skill levels moderate to severe problem behaviors and service delivery settings.
