Our client is a growing public company in the energy sector. Following recent corporate growth initiatives, the team is expanding to bring on an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to support SEC reporting, technical accounting, and the continued development of the corporate accounting function. This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK, in a modern office.

Job Title : Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Job Location : Oklahoma City, OK (On-site position)

Pay Rate : $115k–$140k base + 10–15% bonus + Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental) + 401k with 4% Match

Must Have :

• ? 3+ years of accounting experience
• ? Experience in accounting advisory or consulting supporting public-company reporting, OR Audit experience at a CPA firm (at least one busy season as a senior) with significant exposure to public-company financial reporting.
• ? Strong SEC reporting experience, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K preparation and filings
• ? Proficiency in technical accounting research and memo drafting (GAAP / ASC standards)
• ? Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• ? High drive, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
