Duration : 12-month contract

Compensation Range : $70-80 / hr

Job Description :

Support the client's network automation initiatives through the design, development, and implementation of CI pipelines and automation solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Design and implement CI automation workflows

Write and maintain scripts using Python, Perl, Shell, and SQL

Integrate APIs and manage data exchange using REST, XML, or NETCONF

Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

Support and enhance network automation tools like Netmiko, Napalm, or Nornir

Work with DCIM tools such as Netbox or Nautobot

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with best practices

Requirements : Must-Haves :

• Proficiency in Python, Perl, Shell, and SQL
• Experience with automation frameworks (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Netmiko, Napalm, Nornir)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Automation
• Experience with DevOps methodologies
• Knowledge of REST APIs, XML, NETCONF
• Experience with DCIM tools like Netbox or Nautobot
• Strong project planning and implementation skills
