Hospital Relations Associate

Radiologist Administrative Support

Performs a wide range of complex administrative and office support activities for the Radiologists while providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Monitors turnaround time of exams and workflow productivity while keeping management informed of any issues. Respond promptly to IMs, emails, and phone calls; assist radiologists and callers. Act as liaison with clients, physicians, technologists, and hospital staff to resolve issues. Notify radiologists of urgent matters and manage unread studies for interpretation. Locate comparison studies and monitor exam turnaround times. Communicate reports to ER, referring physicians, and nurses as directed. Coordinate procedures, schedules, and maintain logs and productivity reports. Address quality assurance concerns and assist with client account resolutions. Monitor company communications and ensure timely responses. Perform film hanging / removal and miscellaneous errands as needed. Provide on-call support and maintain unified coverage for radiologists and staff.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
