Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Java) to drive technical excellence and innovation across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for the assigned portfolio and oversee end-to-end services

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to maintain alignment and progress, and participate in release planning

Review and guide code development, ensuring quality and adherence to standards while contributing to framework development

Required Qualifications

7-11 years of experience as a Technical Lead in software development

Strong expertise in JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, and PL / SQL

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-quality solutions

Experience in coordinating across distributed teams and managing complex interdependencies
