Commercial Landscape Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients ensuring their landscape maintenance needs are met with a high level of service.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring ongoing communication addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
• Service Oversight : Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance services ensuring crews adhere to job specifications safety standards and quality control measures.
• Financial Management : Monitor and manage account profitability by controlling budgets labor costs materials and subcontractor expenses.
• Team Leadership : Provide direction to landscape crews and support staff ensuring efficient operations and project execution.
• Sales and Growth : Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients.
• Problem Solving : Resolve client concerns and issues promptly ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and profitability of the account.
• Reporting : Prepare and present account reports including service quality budget tracking and client feedback.
