LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Data Billing Coordinator to oversee membership billing and payment processing in Chamblee, GA. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial transactions, membership records, and reporting. The Billing Coordinator will work closely with site-based staff to support data integrity, train on billing procedures, and manage communications with account holders regarding outstanding balances.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee accurate and consistent member recordkeeping and fee transactions across three billing locations.
Communicate with account holders to resolve outstanding balances in coordination with on-site staff.
Run and analyze monthly reports on fee collection to support operational and financial planning.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
Maintain current knowledge of data privacy regulations and payment processing compliance standards.
Assist with onboarding and training of staff related to membership and billing systems.
Support general administrative functions and cross-departmental coordination as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in payment processing and administrative support, including :
Working with CRM or membership platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Fee processing, data entry, and quality assurance.
Coaching team members on financial and data entry best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Job Type & Schedule :
Contract Role : August through December
Part Time : 20-30 hours (hours may dwindle)
Hybrid Schedule : In-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays for training during the first 4–6 weeks. Role will transition to one in-office day per week after training.
