Located in Fayetteville, Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation was the first licensed nursing home in North Carolina and has a long tradition of providing quality care to our residents.  Our facility is designed not only for those residents who have long-term care needs, but also for those who have complex medical conditions and for those who are recovering from surgery or illness.  By offering a comprehensive rehabilitation program, skilled nursing services and an outstanding life enrichment activities program, we provide a holistic approach to our residents’ care and well-being.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for healthcare, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a positive work environment for staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator License
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and best practices in senior care
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financials, and staffing effectively
