Overview
Individuals at this level demonstrate a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering complexities, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities. Evidence of progressive career development within the construction industry. Minimum of 6 years related experience with projects in higher education, healthcare, laboratories, and K-12 preferred.
Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES :
Managing a project's overall effort for client including managing a team, coordinating work of various project entities (designer, contractor, owner personnel). Recognized as key client contact point and decision-maker. Attends client meetings as MBP Representative. Prepares, monitors and manages client project budgets and internal budgets. Analyzes and optimizing internal and external processes.

Expertise with MBP's diverse services. Provides leadership and training to other team members. Direct client contact and client care. Operates at level of expert in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product.
