Senior Data Analyst to their enterprise team .

Foundation Risk Partners (FRP) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain enterprise-level business intelligence and data solutions that drive trusted insights across the organization. This role combines strong data engineering skills with expertise in BI visualization and governance, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric as FRP’s enterprise data platform. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on builder and a strategic partner, supporting the VP of Enterprise Reporting in shaping the future of enterprise reporting at FRP.

Key responsibility

• Partner with the VP of Enterprise Reporting to implement FRP’s reporting strategy and governance standards.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models with a focus on security, compliance, and scalability.
• Build and optimize Microsoft Fabric-based data pipelines, Lakehouses, and semantic models to support scalable, governed reporting.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across FRP to understand business requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
• Support and enforce FRP’s data governance, data quality, and validation practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to analysts and business users on best practices in Fabric, Power BI, and self-service BI.
• Troubleshoot and optimize queries, reports, and data models for performance.

Stay current with emerging BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data engineering trends to recommend continuous improvements.
