Sweeney Law, P.A. is a boutique commercial litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale handling business, real estate, and construction law matters throughout the state of Florida. We are growing and are seeking another litigation associate to with 0 to 8 years of prior experience. Candidates must have an interest in litigation and a strong legal research and writing background. Candidate will be responsible for legal research, fling initial disclosures, propounding and responding to discovery, and drafting complaints and motions. Florida bar license required.
