Lead HVAC Technician

InfraHire is looking for an Lead HVAC Service Technician in NY

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and related equipment in field service settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, and boiler system issues.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repair and maintenance work.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and perform basic welding as needed for system repairs.
• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving issues both independently and as part of a team.
• Travel to client sites as required, maintaining a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Apply technical expertise to work on complex systems, including ammonia refrigeration when qualified.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate findings to clients and management.
