job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead hands-on lab sessions, providing students with real-world EMS skills. Assist with course management, classroom organization, and practical exams. Support students in mastering essential EMT skills in a structured, supportive environment. Oversee program logistics, scheduling, and curriculum planning. Manage student records, coordinate with instructional staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Work closely with CERT leadership to enhance course offerings and student experience. Fast-Track (4 Weeks) : Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM Evening Academy (8 Weeks) : Monday – Thursday, 6 PM – 10 PM Weekend Academy (8 Weeks) : Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM – 5 PM Blended Pathway (8 Weeks) : Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 PM – 10 PM, with alternating Sundays, 9 AM – 5 PM Current EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic certification (required for EMT Lab Instructors). Prior experience in EMS education or instruction (preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills for Education Coordinators. Commitment to fostering a supportive, student-centered learning environment.
