Product Manager / Technology - Senior
Our client, a leading organization in the HR technology sector, is seeking a Product Manager / Technology - Senior to join their team. As a Product Manager / Technology - Senior, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Represent customer interests in product discussions, acting as the direct channel for requirements gathering, solutioning, design, and decision-making.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and extract insights to help shape product strategy, feature sets, and future priorities.
- Translate business objectives and customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements for technology initiatives in Jira and Confluence.
- Assess and rank features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure highest value delivery aligned with company strategy.
- Work closely with talent acquisition business, and engineering to ensure effective product launches driving alignment throughout development.
What's Needed?
Demonstrated experience of 6-10 years as a Talent Acquisition Product Manager with hands-on experience in iCIMS.Mandatory hands-on experience with iCIMS configuration and a robust understanding of iCIMS product architecture and technical capabilities.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.What's in it for me?
