Location : Oak Brook, IL - 3 days onsite per week

Salary : $100-$160K

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Lead Data Science Analyst to drive business impact by translating data and analytics into actionable insights. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that partners closely with business units to influence strategy, optimize performance, and guide decision-making. The role requires strong technical expertise in analytics and experimentation paired with solid business acumen.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategy, initiatives, and KPIs, ensuring shared accountability for outcomes.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within business operations through advanced analytics.
• Generate hypotheses to improve results and validate them with structured testing and rigorous data analysis.
• Deliver clear, executive-level insights and recommendations via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnel conversion, and cohort behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Use SQL (and / or Python) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights across teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in all analytics, reporting, and experimentation.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and effective data collection practices.
