SALARY :

Salaries are listed as Step 1 Step 2 and Step 3. A person will be paid atStep 1 during the first year that he / she supervised the activity. Duringthe second year that he / she supervised the activity he / she will be on

Step 2. Beginning the third year he / she will be on Step 3.
