Sales Channel Manager
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Channel Manager to develop and manage our dealer and agent network across Central and South America. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving growth in international markets, and traveling extensively to support our partners.
As our Sales Channel Manager, you'll be the face of our organization throughout the region, working directly with dealers, agents, and end customers to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional results. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on engagement to build a high-performing channel network. The Sales Channel Manager will reside in the United States & be able to travel extensively throughout the Americas.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and support a network of dealers and agents across Central and South America
- Develop strategic plans to expand market reach and improve channel performance
- Provide training, support, and performance feedback to partners
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to strengthen regional coverage
Customer Engagement & Sales Support

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field preferredMinimum of 35 years experience managing channel partners, dealers, or agentsExperience in industrial equipment, converting technologies, or manufacturing sectors is a plusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) this is essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and persuadeAbility to work independently and cross-functionally across different time zones and culturesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWillingness and ability to travel internationally 50%60% of the timeValid passport and ability to travel throughout Central and South AmericaWhy Join Us?
