About the Role

As the Director of Consumer Insights y ou will be a strategic thought leader responsible for turning data research and trends into insights that drive actionable strategies; shaping brand marketing and business decisions. This role connects consumer understanding category and macroeconomic dynamics and brand planning to drive growth and ensure that all marketing is grounded in powerful human and cultural insight. This role reports into Consumer Insights within the Marketing organization.

This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford CT.

Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the development of an insights team that integrates consumer cultural category and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with marketing innovation and creative teams to ensure insights drive strategy positioning and storytelling.
• Translate complex data and trends into clear inspiring strategies that inform annual marketing and brand plans.
