Since 1987, the company has grown in production and commercialization, to 10 flower production farms in Colombia and Ecuador. The organization's commercial and distribution footprint in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach allows us to service national wholesale and mass market accounts.

Currently we are looking for a maintenance worker for our Phoenix facility to help with upkeep around our warehouse and cooler. Forklift certification is required for both stand up and sit down.

This is a full time position starting at 18.00$ an hour. After reviewing your resume and performance within our company there is always room for growth / more compensation. We will provide all tools necessary for job so applicant will just need experience to apply. Please respond with a resume.

Responsibilities :

Address and immediately respond to any stop at the line production operation.

Implement preventive maintenance checking in all equipment.

Carry out preventive maintenance checking in the line production.

High

Oversee daily inspections inside and outside the plant facility, for preventing and implementing interventions when needed.

Set up all required equipment in the factory.

Monitor and modify equipment in the factory.

Medium

Participate and execute maintenance programs.

Ensure all industrial security standards in equipment and facility maintenance.

Participate in any other activity assigned by the supervisor, according to company needs.

Qualifications

Not required

Education

Mechanic, electrician or with relevant working experience in the area.

Complementary education

Knowledge of reading mechanical and architectural plans; basic welding; proper use of tools and measurement devices.

Working experience

Minimum 3 years in similar working positions.

Language

Spanish Basic knowledge of technical English

Skills (IT)

Basic knowledge of operative system- Office

NOTE : This position may be exposed to minor noises, cold, dust and humidity, regarding its working environment. The company would provide all necessary elements to reduce occasional discomfort.
