Outside Operations Attendant

Overview

Under the direction of the management team of the Director of Golf, Assistant Golf Professionals, Outside Operations Manager, the fundamental duties of the Outside Operations Attendant include responsibility for day-to-day operations around the clubhouse and practice facilites. These duties include greeting members and guests while assisting them with their golf clubs, providing cleaning services, care and routine maintenance of the golf car fleet, opening / closing procedures for the driving range and general clean-up duties around the clubhouse areas.

Experience Required

High School diploma and previous golf experience preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Actively promotes and exhibits enthusiasm in the workplace and among the guests.
• Clearly identifies guest experience priorities and manages time effectively and efficiently to accomodate their needs.
• Staff members must complete daily reports of all items requiring attention including golf cars, and general repair and maintenance issues in and around the outside operations and clubhouse areas.
• Promotes the safety and security of co-workers, guests, building and assets utilizing policies and procedures developed by CCJ.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless team-oriented guest services.
• Provides feedback to the management team on effectiveness of program initiatives
