Key Responsibilities - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
M&A Project Leadership
- Serve as the primary project manager for all M&A technology efforts, from
initial scoping through go-live.
Conduct deep-dive facility assessments to identify gaps, requirements, risks, andnecessary integrations.
Develop and manage full project plans including scope, timelines, budgets,milestones, and delivery expectations.
Drive alignment across all participating teams—including Infrastructure,Applications, Networking, Security, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Facilities.
Technology Assessment & Integration
Identify all applications, systems, and equipment required for operationalreadiness at new facilities.
Lead the documentation and execution of integration plans for telephony,network, clinical applications, end-user devices, remote access, and corporate
systems.
Ensure all equipment is staged, configured, deployed, and validated prior togo-live.
Oversee build and configuration work to ensure technology standards and bestpractices are maintained.
