Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare each luxury and exotic vehicle to Falcon's uncompromising standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.
• Deliver and retrieve vehicles promptly and courteously, maintaining a polished, customer-first attitude.
• Document vehicle condition before and after rentals with detailed photos and videos.
• Explain vehicle features, operations, and rental policies clearly and confidently to clients upon delivery.
• Communicate maintenance needs, damage reports, or irregularities immediately to the Fleet Operations team.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist with fleet scheduling and logistics as needed.
