Lead Analyst, Monarch Offer Development
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Analyst, Monarch Offer Development to join our MedTech Surgery business located at our Raritan, NJ site with alternate locations of Cincinnati, OH, or Santa Clara, CA. The Lead Analyst, Monarch Offer Development designs, builds, and governs commercial offers for the Monarch platform. This role owns product configuration, deal design, compliance guardrails, and financial modeling for assigned product lines and customers for Monarch. As the subject-matter expert, the Lead Analyst partners closely with Offer Development Managers / Directors, KAM, Sales, Legal / Compliance, Service, and Finance across both Monarch and US Surgery teams. The Lead Analyst will work to deliver scalable, compliant, and commercially compelling offers that support strategic objectives for the Monarch brand and will support CPC presentations for both customer proposals and program development, amendment, and renewal.
Qualifications :
Minimum Education : Bachelors degree required
Related Experience :
- 4+ years professional experience across commercial roles, finance, or healthcare preferred
- Data Analytics experience required
- Technical skills including Tableau, MS Office, Power BI and other data tool sets required
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to incorporate strategies or guidelines based on situational competitive dynamics, financial goals, and customer needs
- Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. vLookups, pivot tables) is required
- Proven ability to lead peer group and influence with impact required
- Experience in Medical Devices / Technology preferred
- Experience partnering with cross functional business partners preferred

Knowledge of MedTech industry and US hospital systemsCapital experience preferredAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across matrix organization including cross functional stakeholders these partners include, but are not limited to Sales, Marketing, KAM, Supply Chain, FinanceUnderstanding US sales / contracting landscape to drive business recommendations and decisions based on the data sets analyzedAbility to connect contract data to portfolio / platforms being analyzedAbility to communicate business impact and recommendations in a clear and concise mannerUnderstanding of global + US Medtech surgery systems and data workflowsUnderstanding of planning, execution, and measurement of sales and contracting processesCreative thinking to develop effective strategies and translate into actionable insightsAbility to balance short and long-term priorities and implement proactively, be it independently or within a teamExceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skillsTechnical skills including Tableau, MS Office, SAS, Power BI and other data tool sets requiredUp to 25% domestic travel required.
