Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT) , American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) , or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) . Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Must have a vehicle to travel to patients' homes. Able to pass a standard background check. Pay rate : $25 per hour .

Responsibilities :
- Perform and record blood testing results in patients’ homes, including but not limited to height and weight.
- Blood testing, including finger stick and / or venipuncture blood draws.
- Candidates with proven experience in venipuncture blood draws will be required to perform these in a fast-paced environment during screening events, if needed.
- Preparation of specimens for storage or additional processing.
- Maintain logs and records for all laboratory transactions in accordance with department and regulatory requirements.
