Partner-Intellectual Property

AmLaw200 firm is seeking a Partner with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation. Can be in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale or Sarasota offices.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience practicing in a law firm. This position will entail working closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. Qualified candidates must have strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team. Partner must have an engineering or computer science degree or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas. Candidates who are members of the Patent Bar are strongly preferred, and must be a member of the Florida Bar. Will consider Partners looking to relocate to Florida. Some portable business is required.

Compensation is very competitive.
