Working remotely from South Africa, you'll take ownership of property transactions once offers are accepted, ensuring smooth progression through to exchange and completion. You'll act as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agentsresolving bottlenecks, managing timelines, and safeguarding a seamless process for all stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales progression journey from offer acceptance to completion, acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents, and brokers, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could delay or jeopardize a transaction, ensuring regular, transparent communication and maintaining alignment across all parties, keeping detailed, up-to-date records in CRM and property systems, monitoring compliance with UK legal timelines and conveyancing procedures, managing complaints and escalations calmly and professionally, and contributing to operational success by reducing fall-through rates and increasing completion rates.
