Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors on system installations. Improve throughput, reliability, and automation across production lines. Manage project documentation, drawings, and compliance (USDA / FDA / OSHA). Drive innovation and continuous improvement through smart plant design. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience (food industry a plus). Strong skills in mechanical design, project management, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A curious, resourceful, "let's make it happen" mindset. Experience with sanitary food equipment, Lean manufacturing, or refrigeration systems. Bilingual (English / Spanish) abilities - extra kudos! Pay Range : $138,000 - $156,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
