Agency Occupational Therapist

Overview

The Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating the developmental and functional status of pediatric and select adult patients, administering treatment, fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and splints; documenting evaluation results and patient progress; and providing patient and family education. Demonstrates competence defined (

• ) in Staff Occupational Therapist responsibilities in providing age-appropriate care and services to patients from the age of birth to 21 years, and selected adult patients.
